Parrying Dagger: Sold by Unbreakable Patches for 2,000 souls (Cathedral of the Deep, later Firelink Shrine).
Mail Breaker: Down the ladder after re-entering the first building; follow the path to it. Sirris also gifts a Blessed one.
Harpe: Random drop from Peasant Hollows; the red-eyed one past the Dilapidated Bridge bonfire is a good bet.
Bandit's Knife: Sold by Greirat at Firelink Shrine for 1,500 souls.
Rotten Ghru Dagger: Random drop from dagger-wielding Ghru around Keep Ruins.
Corvian Greatknife: Random drop from knife-wielding Corvians, common past the Road of Sacrifices bonfire.
Murky Hand Scythe (The Ringed City): Behind a bookshelf, up a small wooden stair, in the big hall full of Murkmen.
Handmaid's Dagger: Random drop from the dagger-carrying Jailer Handmaids that throw fire orbs.
Scholar's Candlestick: Sold by Greirat at Firelink Shrine for 3,500 souls once he returns from his Irithyll trip (lost if he dies there).
Aquamarine Dagger (The Ringed City): Up the stairs on the left platform with the large enemy as you descend through the ruins.
Tailbone Short Sword: Random drop from the pale Wretches in Irithyll Dungeon.
Brigand Twindaggers: At the end of the downhill side path left of the first stone bridge.

Shortsword: Sold by the Shrine Handmaid at Firelink Shrine for 600 souls.
Long Sword: Corpse closest to the door on the dragon-guarded bridge; Greirat also sells one.
Broadsword: In the room to the right of the wooden walkway inside the main hall.
Broken Straight Sword: On a gravestone just past the door out of the Iudex Gundyr arena.
Astora Straight Sword: In a dark, easy-to-miss chest past the Green Blossom down the wooden walkway of the main hall.
Lothric Knight Sword: Sold by Greirat at Firelink Shrine for 4,000 souls once he returns from his Irithyll trip (lost if he dies there).
Barbed Straight Sword: Dropped by Longfinger Kirk, who invades in the large room past the mimic below the balcony (be embered).
Dark Sword: Random drop from Darkwraiths, two of which wander outside the Farron Keep Perimeter bonfire.
Cleric's Candlestick: Transpose the Soul of the Deacons of the Deep with Ludleth of Courland at Firelink Shrine.
Irithyll Straight Sword: Dropped by the Boreal Outrider Knight at the bottom of the elevator in the tower near Irina and Eygon.
Anri's Straight Sword: Finish Anri's questline and find it in the Darkmoon Church, or get it from Ludleth after the alternate ending of her story.
Sunlight Straight Sword: Dropped by the mimic on the left inside the building below the balcony before the Dragonslayer Armour.
Morion Blade: Finish Orbeck's questline and give his ashes to Yuria, or kill Orbeck early to get it.
Ringed Knight Straight Sword (The Ringed City): Behind the fountain up the small hill right of the Judicator in the swamp.

Claymore: Corpse on the right-hand ledge of the dragon-guarded bridge.
Flamberge: Random drop from Hollow Slaves near the Cliff Underside bonfire.
Drakeblood Greatsword: Dropped by the respawning knight on the lowest floor of the Dragon-Kin Mausoleum.
Executioner's Greatsword: At the very end of the Hollow section up the stairs by the Estus Shard obelisk, bearing left.
Black Knight Sword: Behind an illusory wall at the bend of the tunnel past the fire-orb casters in the Demon Ruins; a Black Knight guards it.
Onyx Blade (Ashes of Ariandel): Dropped by Sir Vilhelm, who blocks the way inside the library.
Hollowslayer Greatsword: Transpose the Soul of the Rotted Greatwood (from the Curse-rotted Greatwood) with Ludleth of Courland at Firelink Shrine.
Wolnir's Holy Sword: Transpose the Soul of High Lord Wolnir with Ludleth of Courland at Firelink Shrine.
Greatsword of Judgment: Transpose the Soul of Pontiff Sulyvahn with Ludleth of Courland at Firelink Shrine.
Storm Ruler: Lies in Yhorm the Giant's arena; Siegward also hands one over at the end of his questline.

Carthus Curved Sword: Random drop from Carthus skeleton swordsmen.
Carthus Shotel: Random drop from skeletons wielding shotels.
Rotten Ghru Curved Sword: Random drop from sword-carrying Ghru, e.g. in the passage near the Farron Keep Perimeter bonfire.
Painting Guardian's Curved Sword: Topmost item inside the tower you drop into on the way to the Prison Tower area.
Follower Sabre (Ashes of Ariandel): Below the root bridges past the broken bridge and ladder; follow the roots from the alcove with an Ember and drop down to it.
Pontiff Knight Curved Sword: Sold by Greirat at Firelink Shrine for 6,000 souls once he returns from his first trip (Undead Settlement).
Crescent Moon Sword: Dropped by Ringfinger Leonhard when you invade him in Anor Londo at the end of his questline.

Murakumo: Dropped by Alva, Seeker of the Spurned, who invades on the lower outdoor path of the dungeon (you must be embered).
Carthus Curved Greatsword: Random drop from the red-eyed Grave Warden skeletons that carry it.
Exile Greatsword: Dropped by one of the two Exile Watchdogs guarding the gateway into Farron Keep.
Harald Curved Greatsword (The Ringed City): In an alcove beneath the big root at the far left of the Earthen Peak Ruins swamp, guarded by a Harald Legion Knight.
Old Wolf Curved Sword: Covenant reward: reach rank 1 in the Watchdogs of Farron.

Thrusting Sword

Rapier: By a water drain in a corner of the courtyard with the Winged Knight.
Estoc: Sold by Greirat at Firelink Shrine for 3,000 souls once he returns from his first trip (Undead Settlement).
Ricard's Rapier: Dropped by the knight summoned by a caster in the U-shaped room after the second wyvern.
Irithyll Rapier: Dropped by the boreal knight down the stairs in the first room left after dropping off the wyvern bridge.
Crystal Sage's Rapier: Transpose the Soul of a Crystal Sage with Ludleth of Courland at Firelink Shrine.
Crow Quills (Ashes of Ariandel): Running jump from the wooden cliff hut down onto a big rock, reached past the second bridge and the gap.

Katana

Uchigatana: Dropped by the Sword Master at the top of the stairs left of the Firelink Shrine entrance.
Washing Pole: Sold by the Shrine Handmaid at Firelink Shrine for 7,500 souls once she has the Easterner's Ashes.
Black Blade: Dropped by the mimic on the highest ledge of the Demon boss arena.
Bloodlust: Covenant reward: reach rank 1 in the Mound-makers.
Chaos Blade: Up the stairs to the left of the dark shrine entrance.
Darkdrift: Finish Yuria of Londor's questline, keep her alive as a summon against the Soul of Cinder, then search her empty room.
Frayed Blade (The Ringed City): Transpose the Soul of Darkeater Midir with Ludleth of Courland at Firelink Shrine.
Onikiri and Ubadachi: Dropped by one of the three NPC hunters on the big staircase before the Twin Princes.

Axe

Hand Axe: On a corpse hanging over a railing near the top of the first large building.
Thrall Axe: Random drop from Thralls, most common on the Grand Archives rooftops (a few also lurk in Consumed King's Garden).
Battle Axe: Dropped by the mimic on the lowest floor of the building past the dragon-guarded bridge (it gives a Deep Battle Axe).
Brigand Axe: First corpse on the downhill side path left of the first stone bridge.
Dragonslayer's Axe: Dropped by Creighton the Wanderer when he invades in the graveyard below the Church of Yorshka (Sirris questline).
Millwood Battle Axe (Ashes of Ariandel): On a corpse at the very top of the tower in the snowfield.
Man Serpent Hatchet: Random drop from hatchet-wielding Man-serpents, e.g. below the Great Belfry bonfire.
Butcher Knife: Dropped by the cleaver-wielding Peasant Hollow woman down the hill left of the first stone bridge.
Eleonora: Dropped by one of the three Hand Ogres in the building past the plank maze below the Irithyll Dungeon exit.
Winged Knight Twinaxes: Random drop from Winged Knights carrying twin axes; one waits in the ladder room after the Lothric Castle bonfire.

Greataxe

Greataxe: In the arena where the Stray Demon is fought.
Great Machete: Random drop from Hollow farmers wielding it.
Black Knight Greataxe: Random drop from greataxe-carrying Black Knights, two of which stand before the dark shrine.
Demon's Greataxe: Transpose the Soul of a Demon with Ludleth of Courland at Firelink Shrine.

Heysel Pick: Dropped by Yellowfinger Heysel, who invades in the Crucifixion Woods swamp when you are embered.
Drang Hammers: Beside the second giant in the flooded cathedral, nearer the Deacons of the Deep bonfire.

Large Club: In a corner of the open area where the Fire Demon fights you, above the elevators.
Great Club: Dropped by one of the two Exile Watchdogs guarding the gateway into Farron Keep.
Great Mace: Random drop from mace-carrying Cathedral Knights, e.g. the one before the elevator to Consumed King's Garden.
Spiked Mace: Random drop from mace-wielding Evangelists, e.g. one between the Crystal Sage and Cathedral of the Deep bonfires.
Pickaxe: Along the white path past the last alcove in the outer building; beware the rats that try to knock you off.
Great Wooden Hammer: Random drop from Hollow farmers wielding it.
Gargoyle Flame Hammer: Random drop from hammer-wielding Gargoyles; easiest on the Grand Archives rooftops.
Morne's Great Hammer: On Eygon's body in Irina's old cell after the Dragonslayer Armour dies; if you bought dark miracles from Irina, kill Eygon near Iudex Gundyr instead.
Smough's Great Hammer: In a chest in the hidden gallery up a staircase off the Silver Knight room past the sewers (Distant Manor side).
Quakestone Hammer (Ashes of Ariandel): Up the icy path left after the wolf trail past the big bell; defeat the large knight guarding it.
Ledo's Great Hammer (The Ringed City): Dropped by Silver Knight Ledo, who invades on the rocky path above the ladder left of the swamp (no ember needed).
Vordt's Great Hammer: Transpose the Soul of Boreal Valley Vordt with Ludleth of Courland at Firelink Shrine.
Old King's Great Hammer: Transpose the Soul of the Old Demon King with Ludleth of Courland at Firelink Shrine.
Dragon Tooth: Dropped by the Havel Knight, found in the building opposite the Great Belfry stairs or sometimes spawning at the Dragon-Kin Mausoleum.

Four-Pronged Plow: Random drop from Hollow farmers wielding it.
Saint Bident: Behind two large doors past the giant in the open flooded area opposite the Deacons arena.
Follower Javelin (Ashes of Ariandel): At the end of an uphill side path with soldiers and cursed trees, off the open area after the snow collapses.
Gargoyle Flame Spear: Random drop from spear-wielding Gargoyles; easiest on the Grand Archives rooftops.
Soldering Iron: Random drop from the Jailers.
Yorshka's Spear: In a chest on a wooden platform you drop to from the rafters of the dark room below the Church of Yorshka.
Dragonslayer Spear: Hanging at the wooden gate up in the Dragon-Kin Mausoleum.
Golden Ritual Spear: Dropped by a mimic across the bridge after opening the shortcut beyond Pontiff Sulyvahn's arena.
Tailbone Spear: Random drop from the pale Wretches in Irithyll Dungeon.
Arstor's Spear: Transpose the Soul of the Rotted Greatwood (from the Curse-rotted Greatwood) with Ludleth of Courland at Firelink Shrine.

Greatlance: Up the left stairs from the start and left, guarded by a Lothric Knight.

Lothric War Banner (The Ringed City): Deep in the Dreg Heap past the fallen tower route to Lapp; drop through a broken wall to a small ledge.
Ringed Knight Spear (The Ringed City): At the end of the narrow passage on the right just before the swamp, below the Harald Knight stairs.

Halberd

Halberd: Sold by the Shrine Handmaid at Firelink Shrine for 1,500 souls.
Red Hilted Halberd: In the skeleton tunnels of the sewers behind the Grave Key door.
Lucerne: On the walkway to the left in front of Emma's chapel.

Great Scythe: Up the stairs in the building past the white tree near the Dilapidated Bridge bonfire; turn around at the top.
Great Corvian Scythe: Random drop from the scythe-wielding Corvians in the Road of Sacrifices.
Pontiff Knight Great Scythe: Random drop from scythe-wielding Pontiff Knights in front of Pontiff Sulyvahn's arena.
Friede's Great Scythe (Ashes of Ariandel): Transpose the Soul of Sister Friede with Ludleth of Courland at Firelink Shrine.

Whip

Whip: In the room behind a door that bursts open on the street below the left archway from the courtyard.
Notched Whip: In the Cleansing Chapel bonfire room.
Spotted Whip: In Cornyx's empty cage once Great Swamp Cuculus survives as your summon against the Old Demon King.
Witch's Locks: Behind a moving wall opened by a lever in the dark room right of the first wax room.
Rose of Ariandel (Ashes of Ariandel): Transpose the Soul of Sister Friede with Ludleth of Courland at Firelink Shrine.

Fist

Caestus: In the sewers beneath the settlement.
Demon's Fist: Transpose the Soul of a Demon with Ludleth of Courland at Firelink Shrine.
Dark Hand: Sold by Yuria of Londor at Firelink Shrine for 12,000 souls.

Claw

Claw: Under the central stone stairs (among the slugs) in the lower garden, reached by the elevator.
Manikin Claws: Dropped by the Londor Pale Shade, who invades early in Farron Keep only if Yuria has sent him after you.
Crow Talons (Ashes of Ariandel): On the rooftop reached by crossing the bridge from the ladder rooftops and taking the left path instead of dropping down.

Bow

Short Bow: Sold by Greirat at Firelink Shrine for 1,000 souls once he returns from his first trip (Undead Settlement).
Composite Bow: Sold by the Shrine Handmaid at Firelink Shrine for 3,500 souls once she has the Dreamchaser's Ashes.
Longbow: Top of the tower full of Hollows across the first bridge to the right of the starting bonfire (one of them transforms).
Black Bow of Pharis: Dropped by one of the three Elder Ghru standing past the Sage's Scroll area left of the Keep Ruins ramp.
White Birch Bow (The Ringed City): On top of the hill behind a tower beneath the cliffs, across the swamp from the sunken church.
Dragonrider Bow: Under the Demon Ruins, in the tunnels past the basilisk room, the Black Knight bridge and two ladders, near the ballista.
Darkmoon Longbow: Transpose the Soul of Aldrich with Ludleth of Courland at Firelink Shrine.

Greatbow

Dragonslayer Greatbow: On a platform below the shortcut ledge in the area guarded by greatbow-firing Silver Knights, before Anor Londo.
Onislayer Greatbow: Drop from the middle of the outer bridge onto the roof structure on the left and pick it up behind you.
Millwood Greatbow (Ashes of Ariandel): Up the slope opposite the snowfield tower entrance, past the cursed trees along the left cliff; guarded by wolves and two Millwood Knights.

Crossbow

Light Crossbow: Sold by Greirat at Firelink Shrine for 1,000 souls.
Heavy Crossbow: Random drop from crossbow-armed Cathedral Knights, such as the one on the cathedral rafters.
Sniper Crossbow: Below the round platform with a Winged Knight on the outer walkway, reached by dropping down at the far end of the wyvern bridge.
Arbalest: On the rooftops above the left elevator from Cleansing Chapel: climb the ladder, drop onto the roof and cross to the second roof.
Knight's Crossbow: Sold by Greirat at Firelink Shrine for 3,000 souls once he returns from his Irithyll trip (lost if he dies there).
Avelyn: On a ledge reached by a damaging running jump from a broken railing on the upper floors right of the first wax room.

Heretic's Staff: On the bottom floor of the building before the Crystal Sage, entered through a small hole.
Court Sorcerer's Staff: Dropped by the mimic in the room with a lone Hand Ogre, up the building past the plank maze.
Witchtree Branch: Down an illusory staircase from the balcony with a Crystal Lizard, next to a screaming Evangelist.
Storyteller's Staff: Random drop from spell-casting Corvians.
Mendicant's Staff: Random drop from spell-casting Man-serpents below the Great Belfry bonfire.
Murky Longstaff (The Ringed City): At the far end of the house right of the fountain, past the church with two Lothric Knights.
Izalith Staff: In the tunnels under the Demon Ruins, along the large rat hallway past the illusory wall in the Old King's Antechamber.
Archdeacon's Great Staff: Covenant reward: reach rank 2 in the Aldrich Faithful.
Man-grub's Staff: Covenant reward: reach rank 2 in Rosaria's Fingers.
Preacher's Right Arm (The Ringed City): On a tower tip sticking out of the water near the Judicator outside.
Sage's Crystal Staff: Dropped by one of the three NPC hunters on the big staircase before the Twin Princes.

Pyromancy Flame

Pyromancy Flame: Cornyx hands you one once he moves to Firelink Shrine (if you don't already own one); also starting gear for the Pyromancer.
Pyromancer's Parting Flame (Ashes of Ariandel): Through the illusory wall by the lever in the fly room, then down the roots to the arena-like ruin; an NPC invasion happens here.

Talisman

Talisman: Sold by the Shrine Handmaid at Firelink Shrine for 500 souls.
Canvas Talisman: Sold by the Shrine Handmaid at Firelink Shrine for 3,000 souls once she has the Paladin's Ashes.
Saint's Talisman: In the rat-filled room of the building under the bridge, past the skeleton tunnels behind the Grave Key door.
Sunlight Talisman: On a small island to the right of the first ladder down, next to the Estus Soup.
Sunless Talisman: End of Sirris's questline: after the Twin Princes die, it is left at her grave near Firelink Shrine (also drops if she is killed).
White Hair Talisman: In the Demon Ruins tunnels past the second illusory wall in the rat room, near the Quelana Pyromancy Tome.

Sacred Chime

Cleric's Sacred Chime: Random drop from the Hollows outside Firelink Shrine.
Priest's Chime: Sold by Greirat at Firelink Shrine for 4,000 souls once he returns from his first trip (Undead Settlement).
Saint-tree Bellvine: Drop into the water right of the Estus Shard obelisk and walk past the white Deep enemies; it lies on the ground.

Sacred Chime of Filianore (The Ringed City): Speak to Shira at the door past the Harald Knight stairs and agree to her request (answer that Gwyn is your lord).
