• Undead Bone Shard: Undead Settlement: on a platform to the right of the white tree near the Dilapidated Bridge, where giant arrows fall.
• Undead Bone Shard: Cathedral of the Deep: on a tombstone jutting over a drop, down the stairs near a white tree past the Grave Warden.
• Undead Bone Shard: Farron Keep: inside the slug-filled round tower down the ramp from the Keep Ruins bonfire.
• Undead Bone Shard: Catacombs of Carthus: kill the hat-wearing skeleton by the big stairs; the rolling skeleton ball then breaks open and drops it.
• Undead Bone Shard: Smouldering Lake: dropped by the Carthus Sandworm; lure it into the ballista fire near the Old Demon King.
• Undead Bone Shard: Smouldering Lake: at the back left of the long hall full of fire-throwing demons below the Demon Ruins bonfire.
• Undead Bone Shard: Irithyll: behind the largest gravestone, right from the Church of Yorshka down the stairs.
• Undead Bone Shard: Profaned Capital: on Laddersmith Gilligan's corpse next to the Profaned Capital bonfire.
• Undead Bone Shard: Lothric Castle: run across the wyvern bridge and drop off its far end; it lies under the bridge.
• Undead Bone Shard: Grand Archives: on a corpse inside, after re-entering the archives through a broken window from the rooftops.
