Murky Hand Scythe (The Ringed City): Behind a bookshelf, up a small wooden stair, in the big hall full of Murkmen.
Aquamarine Dagger (The Ringed City): Up the stairs on the left platform with the large enemy as you descend through the ruins.
Harald Curved Greatsword (The Ringed City): In an alcove beneath the big root at the far left of the Earthen Peak Ruins swamp, guarded by a Harald Legion Knight.
Lothric War Banner (The Ringed City): Deep in the Dreg Heap past the fallen tower route to Lapp; drop through a broken wall to a small ledge.
Murky Longstaff (The Ringed City): At the far end of the house right of the fountain, past the church with two Lothric Knights.
Giant Door Shield (The Ringed City): At the end of a narrow cliffside path leading down from the right-hand hut on the cliff.
Desert Pyromancer Hood (The Ringed City): In the right corner before the big root, up the left root into the tunnel from the swamp.
Desert Pyromancer Garb (The Ringed City): In the hut by the cliff edge.
Desert Pyromancer Gloves (The Ringed City): On the right-hand ledge right as you enter the Earthen Peak Ruins swamp.
Desert Pyromancer Skirt (The Ringed City): Among four mushroom insects to the right in the green swamp water.
Loincloth (The Ringed City): On a small island with mushroom insects to the left on entering the swamp.
Ring of Steel Protection+3 (The Ringed City): On a wooden walkway around a building below the hall full of Murkmen; an angel shoots at you here.
Ring of Favor+3 (The Ringed City): At the top of the root opposite the entrance to the Earthen Peak Ruins swamp.
Covetous Silver Serpent Ring+3 (The Ringed City): On a ledge below the balcony at the end of the house right of the fountain (past an illusory wall).
Great Soul Dregs (The Ringed City): The Dreg Heap: at the top of a house past an illusory wall, near the area with the first angel.
Flame Fan (The Ringed City): The Dreg Heap: dropped by Desert Pyromancer Zoey in the tunnel up the root by the swamp.
Projected Heal (The Ringed City): The Dreg Heap: in a hidden spot just after you first meet Lapp, before the Earthen Peak Ruins bonfire.
Small Envoy Banner (The Ringed City): The Dreg Heap: on a corpse near the Demon Prince arena after the fight.
Old Woman's Ashes (The Ringed City): The Dreg Heap: on the old woman's corpse at the very start of the DLC.
Soul of the Demon Prince (The Ringed City): Dropped by the Demon Prince.
Titanite Slab (The Ringed City): The Dreg Heap: in a swamp cave guarded by a Harald Knight; Lapp fetches it for you if you die a few times.

Walkthrough: The Dreg Heap

Use the extra bonfire beside the Kiln or Sister Friede bonfire to reach The Dreg Heap; an Ember lies to the right around a round rooftop.
After the first drop, go left up the stairs for a Titanite Chunk; higher stairs lead to the Aquamarine Dagger.
Walk toward the visible item; the floor breaks into a room with a Soul of a Weary Warrior, a Titanite Scale, a Twinkling Titanite and the Murky Hand Scythe behind the shelves.
After the next drop, head to the church for Lightning Urn x4. Note the wooden platform on the left for later.
Inside the church is a Soul of a Crestfallen Knight.
Leave the church to the right; Rusted Coin x2 is by the fountain.
The house holds a Titanite Chunk and further in the Murky Longstaff.
Strike the wall on the left of that room to reveal stairs; an Ember is in the back left of the second room.
Continue, kick down the ladder on the left and grab the Great Soul Dregs at the far end.
Drop off the far end of the wooden balcony for the Covetous Silver Serpent Ring+3.
Back at the church, go left; a tower crashes into it. The first Angel's summoner just beyond drops Twinkling Titanite x2.
Climb the fallen tower in the church to meet Lapp; exhaust his dialogue.
Drop onto the Harald Knight below with a plunge, then collect a Titanite Chunk and Homeward Bone x3.
Drop down and light the Earthen Peak Ruins bonfire. Lapp shows up on the cliff to its right once you have died or reloaded since meeting him.
With the first Angel dead, go back near the Lightning Urns: a Divine Blessing is behind your drop point and the wooden platform holds the Ring of Steel Protection+3.
From Lapp's first spot drop right into the ash; an alcove on the upper platform has Projected Heal.
Go left and drop to the Lothric Knights for a Large Soul of a Weary Warrior and the Lothric War Banner.
Kill the two angel summoners before looting the ruins; each drops Twinkling Titanite x2.
Black Firebomb x4 lies beside the fallen windmill sails.
In front of the windmill near the edge is a Titanite Chunk.
The cliff-edge hut has the Desert Pyromancer Garb.
The next hut has Titanite Chunk x2.
A jutting cliff behind you ends at the Giant Door Shield.
Cross the tower left of the root you see from the bonfire, then run along the roots for a Twinkling Titanite.
In the entrance corridor of the swamp with two Thralls, keep left for an Ember.
Cross the first fallen tower to the second for a Titanite Scale, then drop into the swamp.
Turn around and follow the path under the tower for the Desert Pyromancer Gloves.
In the swamp left of the gloves is the Desert Pyromancer Skirt.
The broken hut at the swamp edge has Purple Moss Clump x4.
Walk the giant root beside the hut for the Ring of Favor+3, then drop to the lower root for a Titanite Chunk.
In the swamp cave are a Large Soul of a Weary Warrior and a Titanite Slab.
Die or reload three times after talking to Lapp at Earthen Peak Ruins and he fetches that slab for you; if you take it yourself he gives a Siegbräu instead.
Out of the cave, a Large Soul of a Weary Warrior sits mid-swamp and a Titanite Chunk by the houses.
Go right to the island for a Loincloth.
Keep left past the buildings for the Harald Curved Greatsword and a Homeward Bone further up.
Drop, climb the root and switch roots for a Titanite Chunk.
Follow the roots to the roof and kill the angel summoner.
At the top of the roots, Desert Pyromancer Zoey drops Flame Fan.
Along this path are Prism Stone x6 and the Desert Pyromancer Hood.
Drop to the smaller root on the right for a Twinkling Titanite.
Follow the roots down to the tower and climb the right roofs for a Divine Blessing.
Where the angel summoner was is an Ember.
Return to the first drop and light the Within the Earthen Peak Ruins bonfire.
Slave Knight Gael and Lapp (if he moved to Earthen Peak Ruins) can both be summoned.
Defeat the Demon Prince for the Soul of the Demon Prince.
If Lapp fetched the slab for you, a Siegbräu now lies where he stood at Earthen Peak Ruins.
Take the Small Envoy Banner and raise it at the cliff to fly to The Ringed City.
